Villa Moyo and Villa Rinca
Moyo and Rinca are a nod to architectural excellence where simple elegance and comfort are the defining features. Built around a large pool with an outdoor bale for relaxing, three king-sized bedrooms, each with a luxurious en-suite, overlook the sparkling pool and the gardens.

Villa Anyar
The largest villa on the estate has beautiful mature gardens, a large pool with a spacious deck and bale, indoor and outdoor entertaining areas and four stylish, light-filled bedrooms. The luxury Bali villa is laid out on three floors. On the ground floor a self-contained kitchen, one king-size bedroom, a living area and an elegant garden bathroom can be enclosed to create a private apartment. This leads out through folding glass doors to a terrace that wraps around the house and features a barbecue area and a pool table.

Upstairs another large terrace offers fantastic views of the surrounding rice fields, the garden and pool. The outdoor dining area leads from an open kitchen where a cook offers full time catering or guests can enjoy preparing their own meals. A spacious lounge area surrounded by folding glass doors can be left open to the fresh breezes or closed to enjoy air-conditioned comfort. Choose from a large library of movies and watch on the flat screen TV, sinking into deeply cushioned sofas.

This second floor has a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a guest bathroom and a furnished terrace, perfect for watching the glorious sunsets, enjoying a cocktail or curling up with a book.

The third floor is a private suite with amazing views in almost every direction. A large light-filled room with a romantic four poster bed makes this an ideal getaway for a couple or a teenage retreat.

Anyar Estate is situated in the traditional village of Banjar Anyar in a suburb of Kerobokan. Our address is Jalan Brick Lane (off Jalan Bumbak), Banjar Bumbak, Anyar Kelod, Kerobokan, Kuta, Bali. We are approximately 30 minutes from the International and domestic airport, and approximately 10 minutes from central Seminyak - the heart of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, beaches and other beautiful attractions.
