The following describes the terms and conditions on which Masan Vacation Bali offers you access to the service through our site; WWW.BALIPLANETVILLAS.COM These Terms & Conditions primarily rule our conducts and reservations, with the intention of making things common for you, but also protect VILLAS and BALIPLANETVILLAS.COM from prohibitive administrative costs. You can use this website information and documents, conditioned on your acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions without any modification contained herein. By accessing our website, you agree to our Terms & Conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of the following Terms & Conditions, you might not use BALIPLANETVILLAS.COM site. HOW TO RESERV VILLA THROUGH BALIPLANETVILLAS.COM ? PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWINGS: - Since you book trough us, we need to final check its for availability before accepting any bookings. We shall return to you with an answer within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not get any respond within the time, please contact us on email.
- Once availability assured, you need to immediately advice confirmation booking. Before you explicitly confirm the booking, the villa remains available in the market for your intended period.
- Once you confirmed, we will send you an invoice mentioning amount you have to pay and detail payment instructions. We will hold the villa for 5 working days, within which your payment has to reach our account. Shorter period might apply for last minute bookings. If we do not receive your payment within the period, we will release your booking automatically and put the villa back into the market. Should you have any problem to comply this arrangement, please let us notified as early as possible.
- As soon as we receive your payment into our bank account, we will issue a final official booking confirmation notice to both confirm your booking and acknowledge arrival of your payment into our account. Please note that we require the full amount into our account, which means you, shall cover all costs related to the fund remittance. You shall pay any possible discrepancy upon arrival.
PRIVACY POLICY: Because your privacy is important to us, we guarantee the privacy of the members. All personal information that are collected from the members shall only be used by BALIPLANETVILLAS.COM, in which we may disclose personal information only if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such an action is necessary. FORCE MAJEURE: Includes war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, technical or maintenance problems with transfer, unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers such as changes of schedule, or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond the Company's control. ALTERATION: BALIPLANETVILLAS.COM reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms & Conditions under which our website is presented without your consent. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use and/or access to our website following changes to this Terms & Conditions will mean that you accept those changes. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Republic Indonesia PASSPORT: PLEASE NOTE – you will not be allowed into the country if your passport is valid for less than six months. It is really important because there have been clients in the past that have not been able to enter through the Denpasar airport because of the passport expiry date is less than six months. RATES: All rates are quoted in USD dollars. CHANGES OF BOOKINGS: A USD 50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases. SERVICE INCLUDE: Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa. Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion. SEASONS: - Low Season : Jan 09 - June 30 (Except Easter week and Chinese New year)
- High Season: Chinese New Year, Easter week, July 01 - July 31, Sept 01 - Sept 15.
- Peak Season: Aug 01 - Aug 31 and Dec 20 - Jan 08
MINIMUM LENGH OF STAY: - Low season is minimum 3 night stay
- High season is minimum 7 night stay
- Peak season is minimum 10 night stay
EVENT AND PARTY: The majority of villas have rules governing their usage for events and parties and oftentimes a surcharge of up to the equivalent of a night’s rental price is applicable, in addition to a local community or ‘Banjar’ fee. Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permissions must be obtained for functions where the number of people in attendance exceeds 150% of the capacity of the villa. Please be aware that the majority of villa owners will not accept a booking involving a function without prior confirmation that a function coordinator has been employed. If you are planning to hold an event such as a wedding or any large congregation of people at your villa it would be best to bring this to the agent’s attention as soon as possible. The agent can recommend a suitable coordinator where required. PROVISIONS, SERVICES AND STAFF: All villas we represent have a minimum of two domestic household staff. All our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensils etc. It is provided complimentary airport pickups / drop offs for our guests. PAYMENT ACCEPTED: Telex Transfer – Masan Vacation will received net of full amount and all charges incurred for Telex Transfer transactions will be responsible by the client. CANCELLATIONS: - Notice of cancellation must be received by BALIPLANETVILLAS.COM in writing on paper by fax or email at least 61 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 91 days prior to arrival for High Season and Peak Season bookings
- Deposit will be refunded in full less US$ 1,000.00 OR 30% of monies received (whichever is greater), if the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
- Final Payments are non-refundable.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Be aware that security deposits are required for some villas. If required, a deposit will requested by the villa Manager upon arrival and will be refunded in full on day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made by Cash or transfer, less cost of damages. CHECK OUT TIME: - Check-out time is 11 AM and Check-in after 14:00 hours
- Day use up to 6 PM at half day rental charges
- Day use up to 10 PM at one night rental charges
AIRPORT TRANSFER: - Round trip airport transfer is free of charge within Seminyak, Kuta, Petitenget, Umalas, Kerobokan, Canggu, Nusa Dua, and Sanur.
- Out of the above area or multiple transfer is additional charge at USD 30 / a car / oneway
DAMAGE AND LOSSES/LIABILITY: - Clients are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order and in a clean condition. The client is to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The owner reserves the right to repossess the property if clients or any member of the client’s party causes excessive damage or nuisance or engages in any unlawful activity.
- BALIPLANETVILLAS.COM shall not be liable to the client or to any other occupier or guest on the property for any injury, sickness, loss, and damage; additional expense or inconvenience caused and will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- BALIPLANETVILLAS.COM will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be cause directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
NUMBER OF PARTY AND SUITABILITY: - The numbers of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number stated in the property description unless by prior arrangement. Villa Concierge Bali reserves the right to refuse any booking.
